All bets placed through Ozototo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to each betting market or game before placing a wager.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, esports tournaments (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, CS2), and international leagues — are governed by sport-specific and market-specific rules available on the relevant betting page. In the event of a dispute regarding outcome settlement, Ozototo's determination shall be final, subject to a formal complaints procedure.
All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
